Google Wave will change the way we interact online. I'm don't think I have ever said anything similar about an individual platform ever.
GW combines aspects of email, instant messaging, wikis, web chat, social networking, and project management to build one elegant, in-browser communication client. You can bring a group of friends or business partners together to discuss how your day has been or share files. Unless privacy concerns appear this will be huge. Read about it…

Please let me write that down to my list of obvious things… Digital is great as an advertising channel but in a way a killer for adverting. As long as you have a twitter account and can spell Flikr, Flcker, Flickr you are a social media expert, add you own blog and you are a guru!… Did the world forget that advertising is not only about the channel? Sigh sorry, i just had an early onslaught of Monday sarcasm

Interesting article that mentions how consumers (U.S) wants to engage with brands. The weakness of the article is their definitions. E.g. blogs are not trusted. Well it depends, are we talking about BA's metrotwin or view from the wing by Boeing? They get the importance of forums right though…
